Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 7 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days after the order has been shipped.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100. (Opsiyonel: Bu tutarı kendine göre değiştirebilirsin).
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, international transit, or carrier issues.
3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses We ship to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. However, we cannot guarantee expedited delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses as some international carriers may require a physical address.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 48–72 hours as the package transitions through international sorting centers.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Miniknest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Lost or Damaged Packages Miniknest is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit by the carrier. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@miniknest.com within 5 days of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as evidence.
7. Address Accuracy It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or old address provided at checkout.
