Refund policy

1. Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before the item has been processed/shipped. Once the order is in the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned after delivery in accordance with our return conditions.

2. Return Period & Conditions

  • Return Period: You may return your items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, baby bedding, towels, and clothing items that have been removed from their original packaging or worn are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@miniknest.com with your order number and photo evidence of the product's condition.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Address: Returns sent without prior approval or to the wrong address (e.g., the manufacturer's address on the package) will not be accepted.
  • A $8.00 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover restocking and processing.

4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and videos of the product and the shipping label. We will verify the claim and provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Exchanges Due to the nature of our international shipping, we only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. For size or color preferences, we recommend placing a new order.
