Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before the item has been processed/shipped. Once the order is in the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
What is your return window?
You may return your items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Which items are non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons, baby bedding, towels, and clothing items that have been removed from their original packaging or worn are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us at support@miniknest.com with your order number and photo evidence of the product's condition. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that an $8.00 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover restocking and processing.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and the shipping label. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
What are the estimated delivery times?
Standard Shipping typically takes 7–15 business days after the order has been shipped. Please note that these are estimates and delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We ship to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. However, we cannot guarantee expedited delivery to P.O. Boxes or military addresses as some international carriers require a physical street address.
